  • ideas.
  • plans.
  • happy emotions.
  • telling them that it doesn't bother you.

Looks like:

  • making plans.
  • carrying on and getting over what has happened in the past.
  • me not getting upset when something hurts me physically,spiritually,and emotionally.
  • not reacting to things that make you angry or frustrated.


Feels like:

  • You are the better person.
  • You can let anything go.
  • You are confident at what you do.
  • You are in control of yourself.
  • Pride in yourself.
